Affiliate and advertising disclosure
Last updated 20 October 2026
We are paid by some of the operators we list. This page is the formal disclosure. The detail of how it affects our work is on how we make money.
The disclosure
Hub of Luck may earn a commission or fee from gambling operators if you click a link on our site and then register, deposit or play. This costs you nothing extra. Commission is the main way the site is funded. We also accept payment for labelled Featured placements.
How links are marked
- Links that may earn us money go through an address beginning
/go/. They are taggedrel="sponsored"for search engines. - Featured placements are labelled "Featured".
- Pages that contain such links carry an advertising and age notice near the top or in the page footer.
- The safer-gambling pages carry no operator links or adverts.
What commission does not do
- It does not buy a higher editorial score, a better verdict or the removal of a drawback.
- It does not lift a site scoring under 7.5 into a top-three position.
- It does not get an operator listed where it is not licensed.
- Operators do not see reviews before publication.
We do list operators that do not pay us when they meet our standards. We do not list every operator, and the absence of one is not a judgement on it.
What commission may influence
The order of some lists blends our editorial score with how readers respond and with the commission earned per click. The editorial score carries the most weight. The method and weights are published on how we rate.
Offers and bonuses
Offers belong to the operator and may change at any time. We display the main terms we have checked, and the operator's own terms always apply. Offers may not be available in your location. Bonuses involve wagering requirements, so read the full terms.
Age and responsible gambling
18+ (19+ in most Canadian provinces, 21+ for most US real-money play). Gambling can be addictive. Please gamble responsibly and see our safer-gambling page for help. This site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under the legal gambling age.
Standards we follow
We aim to follow the rules that apply to affiliates in the places we serve, including the UK Advertising Codes (CAP and BCAP), the Gambling Commission's Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (as they apply to affiliate marketing), Canadian provincial and advertising-standards rules, and US federal and state rules on endorsements (FTC Endorsement Guides) and gambling advertising.
