These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses hubofluck.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

Hub of Luck ("Hub of Luck", "we", "us") is run by Pragmatixy. It is an independent information and comparison website about online gambling products. We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, take deposits, run games or hold player funds.

2. Who may use this site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to gamble where you live (19+ in most Canadian provinces; 21+ for most real-money gambling in the United States). If you are under the legal age, do not use this site.
  • You must be using it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Gambling is illegal or restricted in some places. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you are. Nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble where doing so is not lawful.

3. What the site is for

The site publishes guides, calculators, licence information, news and comparisons to help adults make informed decisions. It is general information only. Please read our disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. Links to gambling operators and other sites

  • Some links on the site go to third-party operators and may earn us commission. See affiliate disclosure and how we make money.
  • Links under /go/ are location-aware. We only send you to operators licensed or authorised where you appear to be. This check is made from your approximate location and is not a guarantee that a product is lawful for you.
  • Once you leave Hub of Luck you are dealing with the operator or site you chose. They are independent of us. Their terms, bonus rules, privacy practices and licences apply, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and them. Read their terms before you register or deposit.
  • We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, products or conduct.

5. Accounts, offers and bonuses

You do not need an account to use Hub of Luck. Offers shown on the site are the operator's offers, not ours. They may change or end without notice, and may not be available to you. We show the main terms we have checked, but the operator's own terms always take priority. We do not provide, fund or guarantee any bonus.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site if you are under the legal gambling age, or to help anyone under that age to gamble;
  • scrape, crawl or copy the site in bulk, or build a competing dataset from it, except for the indexing allowed by our robots.txt and the quoting allowed in section 8;
  • click affiliate links in order to generate artificial, fraudulent or automated traffic, or to manipulate any ranking;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload or test the security of the site or its infrastructure;
  • introduce malware or anything else harmful, or interfere with other people's use of the site;
  • use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defame or impersonate anyone;
  • misrepresent our content or your relationship with us, including implying that we endorse an operator, a product or you.

7. Responsible gambling

Gambling carries financial risk and can be addictive. Over time the house keeps an edge, and no tool, system or strategy on this site changes that. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, get help here. Nothing we publish presents gambling as a way to make money.

8. Intellectual property

The site's text, scores, methodology, data compilations, design, code, graphics and the Hub of Luck name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and print or share individual pages for personal use. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the page. You may not otherwise copy, republish, sell or build on our content without written permission.

Operator names, logos and other marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the operator. Their use does not imply that the operator endorses us.

9. Your feedback and submissions

If you send us feedback, corrections or other material, you give us a free, worldwide right to use it to run and improve the site, without credit or payment. Please do not send us anything confidential or unlawful. See also corrections and takedowns.

10. Accuracy and availability

We work hard to be accurate and to date-stamp what we publish, but laws, licences, odds, offers and terms change often. The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any gambling losses, lost winnings, bonuses, deposits, or any other loss arising from your use of an operator or third-party site, or from relying on information on this site;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if we were told it was possible;
  • our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is limited to the greatest extent the law allows, and where the site is free to use, to a small amount that reflects that you paid nothing to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

12. Indemnity

If you breach these terms and that causes us loss or a claim by a third party, you agree to compensate us for that loss and claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the new version applies from the day it is published. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the update. If a change is material we will say so on this page.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute connected with the site are governed by the laws of the place where Pragmatixy, the operator of the site, has its business, and the courts there have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and mandatory consumer protections there still apply to you.

16. General

  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
  • These terms, with the pages they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
