What players report
A summary of what players say in public reviews and complaints, not our own test. Reviews lean towards people with problems, and some sites invite reviews from happy customers, so read this as a guide to what to watch for.
Almost every recent player report is about Galactic Wins, the name Galaxyno is reported to have traded under since 2023. Reviewers often praise the 24/7 live chat and email offers. Withdrawals draw mixed reports, from under 48 hours to about ten days, and Canadian reviewers in particular complain about winnings removed under bonus bet limits and cash-out caps, and about repeated document requests. Complaint sites and unhappy players dominate the older record, so the sample leans negative.
WithdrawalsMixed14 reports, Jan-Oct 2026
Some players report payouts within 48 hours or faster than expected (including a Canadian in October 2026), while others describe holds of about a week to ten days, two of them Canadian. In a reply the company says it aims to pay within 3 business days, with delays caused by outstanding verification or payment providers.
Bonus termsMostly negative10 reports, Jan-Jul 2026
Canadian reviewers report winnings removed for exceeding a bet limit while wagering, a $100 cash-out cap that cut a balance, and bonuses that were hard to claim. Others like the low-deposit email offers and bonus spins. The company says the limits are in its bonus terms.
Verification (KYC)Mostly negative5 reports, Jan-Jul 2026
Several players say withdrawals were held for documents, with one Canadian listing ID, bank statements and a bank institution number. The company says the checks are a regulatory requirement.
Customer supportMostly positive22 reports, Jan-Sep 2026
Most reviewers who mention support, including several Canadians, describe polite, patient and quick live chat, available 24/7. Complaints say emails went unanswered, the chatbot was slower than a human agent, or support handled a site outage badly.
Account closuresMostly negative3 reports, Jan-Sep 2026
One Canadian closed their account after an outage during a bonus; another says they registered from a region the site does not serve and was refused deletion of their data. A New Zealand account was closed over use of a partner's card, which the company says its terms forbid.
GamesMixed6 reports, Jan-Sep 2026
Reviewers like the slot range, and one Canadian asks for RTP figures to be shown. Another Canadian felt the games played differently from other sites, and one reviewer alleges the games are rigged; the company says they are independently tested.
DepositsMixed3 reports, Jan-Mar 2026
New Zealand reviewers like the low minimum deposits; one Canadian complains that a deposit took three days to show. No review read mentions Interac.
