Online gambling in Connecticut: what is legal
Connecticut has licensed online casino games and online sports betting since 19 October 2021 for players aged 21 and over, regulated by the Department of Consumer Protection. The CT Lottery sells draw games and Keno online to adults aged 18 and over. Since 1 October 2025, Public Act 25-112 has banned online sweepstakes casinos and lottery courier services. Online poker is permitted by law, but the Department of Consumer Protection says no operator is licensed for it.
