Online gambling in Delaware: what is legal
Delaware runs online casino games, poker and sports wagering through its state lottery, using the websites of its three casinos, for players aged 21 and over located in the state. Online poker relaunched in June 2025 in a shared multi-state pool. Since January 2026 the lottery has also sold eInstant games online to adults aged 18 and over. There is no sweepstakes statute, but in April 2025 the Division of Gaming Enforcement ordered a major sweepstakes operator out of the state as illegal online slots.
