Online gambling in Florida: what is legal

Florida allows online sports betting only through the Seminole Tribe under its 2021 gaming compact, available statewide since December 2023 for players aged 21 and over. Online casino games and online poker are not legal. The Florida Lottery does not sell tickets online and treats courier sales as unauthorised. No statute bans sweepstakes casinos, but in August 2026 the Attorney General sued major operators, alleging they run illegal online casinos.
