Nebraska allows casino gaming and sports betting only in person at licensed racetrack casinos, regulated by the Racing and Gaming Commission. The Racetrack Gaming Act requires every sports wager to be placed in person or at a kiosk, so online betting, online casinos and online poker are not legal. The state lottery sells no tickets online. On 3 November 2026 voters decide on measures that would allow online sports betting, with rules due by June 2027.
