Alaska has no regulated online gambling. Online casino games, online poker and sports betting are not legal, and the state has no lottery. Legal gambling is limited to charitable gaming such as pull-tabs, overseen by the Department of Revenue, and bingo at tribal halls. A 2025 bill for mobile sports betting (HB 145) had a hearing in February 2026 but did not advance before the session ended in May 2026.
